A friend sent me this video, asking for my take on it. I reviewed the video and thought the speaker’s words were accurate, for the most part, but would offend many traditional thinkers.
I am totally all for women being as independent as they like. And it was refreshing to see another confident, non-man bashing woman encouraging other women to enhance their lives. It’s easy to just sit on the sidelines and wait and wait for something that will never happen. So many just wait on God to send them a blessing or miracle. Surely waiting and patience have their place, but sometimes you really have to take action in order to get what you want.
Coming from a man who is rarely impressed by talk these days, I wholeheartedly commend any woman who refuses to just accept everything she’s been told to do and take the necessary actions to positively improve her life.
